Overall we were happy with the moving service. The drivers and movers Jason G, Scott, Curtis, and Rainer were not only very kind and friendly, but they did a great job moving us out in a timely and professional manner. However, we rate our overall experience with Christian Brothers Moving 4 stars, because we were very surprised by the additional costs charged to us that we were not made aware of. Christian Brothers advertises no hidden costs, but we were charged $20 for the use of blankets, $20 for the use of tape, $98 for the use of shrink wrap, $14 for mattress bags, and $15 for boxes. While this seems minimal, it ended up costing us almost $200 extra that we were not informed about. If they are going to charge you to use these items, they should first ask if you as a customer are ok with that. Minus that little bump in the road though, we were happy with our move.
