The young man named Michael Moyonah, called me about my home warranty needed to be updated. He was very polite, a pleasure to talk to, he gave me lot's of important information about the warranty; concerns about the coverage, the co-pay and even gave me options of payment options, that I could choose from that would be best for me. Any questions I had, he was knowledgeable and quick to answer. It was a pleasure talking to this young man, he done an excellent job.
