I am so grateful for the customer service I received and the repair service. I felt extremely supported thought out the process. In addition to my teenage daughter having major health issue and needing to get my air conditioning unit fixed for her, I didn't tell the agent that my husband unexpectedly passed away a few years ago. So, when things break, they completely overwhelm me. In addition, I'm moving another daughter into college and I'm a school counselor and getting ready to start the school year myself.
