Correct Diagnosis merits satisfaction
IMM correctly diagnosed what need to be done for my ducting and correctly assessed the state of my furnace, helping me to avoid an unnecessary up sale from a competitor. I am grateful! They did not follow my instructions on not turning off the lights, and gave me a cryptic warning of more work needed that required a few phone calls to flesh out. Hence the 4 star rating.
