My furnace was not functioning properly, and they were able to schedule me an appointment promptly, and this was in the winter. The technician arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, that first visit was unsuccessful. However, they were really quick to respond when I let them know that the furnace was still malfunctioning. They came out promptly and did the work that has now fixed the furnace.
