I called and a human answered! Unheard of nowadays. We made an appt. for a few weeks away, a couple confirmations were sent in the meantime and the technician showed up on time. He was knowledgable, answered questions, and helped troubleshoot an issue we've had for 10+ years. An all-around nice guy. I will definitely use them again.
