Recirc pump replacement
Chad was out to replace a hot water recirc pump that had burned out. It is at a vacation home where I ask guests to turn off the main water when they leave, so if they forget to turn off the pump it runs dry and burns out. He recommended the addition of a water pressure switch to shut off the pump if the pressure drops. If only the previous plumber had done this!
