Technician Juan arrived at the appointed time and did a rapid, thorough job of replacing some obsolete 16-inch furnace return air ducting. He protected our hardwood floor and vacuumed up all debris when the job was finished. As always, he shared some observations and suggestions about how we could continually improve the maintainability and efficiency of our heating and plumbing.
