I had Black Mtn. help me with a slow draining toilet. The were very responsive and got me an earlier appointment than what was initially scheduled. They were friendly and kept me up to date on everything they found as they worked as well as any additional charges required before they completed the next step. I ended up having a root problem in my foundation allowing them to climb up the side of my drain and into the pipe. They were diligent, did excellent work and the pricing was reasonable. Overall an excellent experience
