Yesterday was the first time I used Black Mountain Plumbing. They replaced the hot and cold water valves in the laundry room that connected to the washing machine. JR (or Junior) did a great job. In fact, the entire process from scheduling the appointment, to waiting for their arrival, to getting the job done was easy. On the phone I spoke with Kathy and Robert, who were both friendly and explained everything very well. JR was professional, friendly, and approachable as well. I felt like I knew what to expect in terms of the work to be done and the cost. I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing and will confidently use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
