$535 for 45 minute job?! I was under the impression that it was an multi-hour fix - the plumber quoted me $150 above what was quoted over the phone. Fixed it in 45 minutes and left. I spoke with customer service and they agreed that the charges were obscene and said the owner will call me back. It's been 3 days and I'm still waiting.
