Asked for a complete kitchen disposal installation package and was quoted for such
I called and asked for a complete kitchen disposal package installation and I emphasized the job was to install the unit and the electrical switch I was quoted $492.71. When the service tech came in I figured he knew to install the electrical switch too, and at the end he said that I never told him about the switch and that he needed to contact and electrician or a handy man to install that for me. This is absolutely insane that he did not know the complete installation package he was to provide me. I’m not a happy customer and will not be recommending you. I would like to a manage also.
