We have used Black mountain plumbing prior and had mixed experience. This time we had a water leak under the sink and had called them to fix it.
The scheduling was easy. The problem was with the plumber they sent. His name is Daniel. He was very unprofessional. He arrived earlier then expected without warning. He is not interested in explaining the leak problem and the fix he has for it. When you ask a question, you get an offensive condescending answer. I was appalled at being subjected to this kind of behavior when you paying premium for their service. Got a feeling that he hated us for who we are. I would never want this guy in my house again.

Black mountain plumbing better teach their technicians some etiquette on how to interact with customers.
