If memory serves me correctly, I first hired Black Mountain Plumbing 19 or 20 years ago. This recent experience was happily like all the others. The assigned plumber (John) called in advance of his scheduled arrival. Upon arrival he wasted no time in having me review the 4 services I had requested a few days earlier (I had sent a photo of the tub fixtures so he knew which brand's parts he'd need to bring, which he did). John immediately went to work and knocked out the 4 items in short order, all to my complete satisfaction. He left all 4 workers clean and tidy. No surprises and the price was fair in my opinion. Hope the Lord returns before I ever need a different plumbing company.
