I have been using Black Mountain Plumbing on and off for about three or four years now. I have been satisfied with their services in the past, and they are always very nice. This last experience, however, not so much. Their work costed more than I had expected. Everything was too expensive, and the plumber didn't get everything done that I had wanted him to. So I ended up reaching out to someone else to finish, which meant spending more money. I will say that he did take away my old sink he had replaced, so that was something positive. Overall though, the enthusiasm I had for Black Mountain is not there anymore. I may look somewhere else for my plumbing needs.
