We manage a hotel, and happened to be sold out that evening. This was in the middle of summer. The main water pipe coming in from the city had several leaks. Not to mention it was connected to a PVC 4"inches in diameter. Also, it was past 4:30 PM. Black Mountain went out of their way to find the right equipment, and materials after closing. Everyone was a little caught off guard, however, the crew at Black Mountain Plumbing were able to figure out a way to repair it. Not just repair it; the new repair was better than the old set-up. I was impressed with the crews ability to work under pressure.
