The turn-off valve below the toilet, which was leaking, was frozen and also broken; even with the main shut-off valve to the house turned off, the water continued to come out of the broken valve; the faucets in the bathroom sink had no water coming out ... It was on a Friday and although there was no one available at the time I called, Black Mountain got someone to me within a very-short time. And that plumber got the valve replaced in record-fast time. I am so happy with him and his knowledge and assessment of my problem. I agree with his solution and his recommendations.
