I bring all my oriental rugs to ACS for cleaning and repair. They do excellent work and I often recommend them to others. Also their Falls Church outpost is convenient for me (Chantilly is not, but they pick up and deliver!). I like their emailed photo assessment of my rugs before cleaning, but the same emailed information can be confusing about the status of the cleaning (and/or repair) process itself.
