And I have to say that I noticed that they're using a much different and may I say, much better way to communicate with customers.

This new system is much more efficient and informative.

In this case I delivered my rugs to the Fall Church Va location (instead of utilizing the pickup services they're know for) the rugs were smaller and easier to handle myself. The process from start to finish went without a hitch. Each and every person that I came in contact with could not have been any helpful or professional.

I would highly recommend Ayoub to take great care of your rugs.
