I have used Ayoub many times to clean my high value Oriental rugs from small to very large. There was a little snafu with returning them on a certain date, but they worked to mitigate it. I like Ayoub because the rugs come back in such good shape, very clean, even pet-problem rugs, and they can fix the tassels as well. The service isn't "cheap" but it's worth the cost. I trust they will not damage the rugs; they have so much experience. They pick them up and put them back in place, no muss no fuss. I have used steam cleaners and other on the spot cleaners in between the big Ayoub cleanings and am always disappointed if I'm hoping to get the rugs actually clean. The other services run a machine over the rugs but they do not really clean them through and through like Ayoub does.
