Ayoub had the potential to be outstading on this project and overall did a very good job. There were a few misteps worth mentioning in the interest of improvement
1) Carpet was laid in a direction other than requested in one room which was not what we hoped for and a dissappointment
2) The installation quality was excellent, but the installers were forced to work a 12 hour day plus a couple of hours in the early Am the next day to complete a "one day " installation. The installers worked very hard and well, this was a mistake in the estimation of time for them to do their work which is hard on the front line people
