We reached out and asked if we could have someone to come and help reconnect our water in our bathroom because we put in a new vanity. On the phone, I said that we didn't have the countertop of the vanity on because we didn't know if we should put it in with the sinks and everything.
On the phone, the receptionist had said, "Yeah, we do that. We'll put it on the counter and then do the water." When the person came, he said, "There's a miscommunication." He didn't say there was a miscommunication, he just said, "We don't do that." I'm not even sure. We barely even have time. We made time for you guys. I don't know who told you this information. I said it was the receptionist, and he said they told me the vanity was put together. I said that I mentioned to them that everything was put together but the countertop because that used to be put in with the sinks and everything.
So he ended up just leaving and didn't do any work for us and said we don't really have time, and we won't have time to come back at any other point. So I didn't get any service from them and I got miscommunication from the receptionist, so it was not a great experience.
