Great customer service and very thorough.
We had an emergency call on a Sunday, our sewer backed up in our basement. They put on foot protectors and kept everything clean. They cleaned the pipes out and ran a camera and showed me what the problem was. They have great customer service.

Had to call NEIM today was an emergency. Showed up in an especially timely manner. Found the problem quickly. Made arrangements to fix as soon as they have time. Have never been disappointed by them. It is an old house with plumbing problems and they are awesome.
