Northeast Iowa Mechanical is an excellent company with top-notch customer service. They are located about an hour away from me, and where I live, there are not many people around to do plumbing and heating and air work. I was referred to the company by a friend, and they have really been there for me. They are prompt to return my calls, and they come out as soon as they can to take care of me. They also call ahead to let me know when they are coming, and they give me a price upfront, so that there are no surprises. And they follow through on their work with a call to me. I like that. Most recently, I had a leak from my hot water tank. They discovered that a part needed replacing, so they ordered the part, and they installed the next day when it came in. Luckily, the water heater was still under warranty, and they took care of that for me, and I really appreciated it! I highly recommend Northeast Iowa Mechanical! Their work has always been perfect!
