We've used Northeast Iowa Mechanical off and on for a few years. We used them for our former house. This was the first time we called them for work in the new house. I like their service because they're prompt, and they eventually get the job done. When we put an addition on our house, it was a little frustrating when my husband was on the road, and they had to deal with me. Most of the time they were okay, but sometimes they left things undone and didn't tell me when they'd be coming back. It also bothered me that some of the guys left a mess behind. A few of them are better than others about listening to the female perspective and answering my questions. Overall, the work done by Northeast Iowa Mechanical is good.
