I called Roto-Rooter at 9:00 AM in reference to a backed up floor drain in my basement. The Technician (John) & his assistant arrived by shortly after 10:00 AM after driving from Arden to Tryon. The job was done by 11:00 AM. John cleared the floor drain, opened up another drain outside, and checked the main waste line from the cleanout in the yard back into the basement. This is the second time I have called Roto-Rooter, and John's second service call. On both occasions, the service has been very prompt, very efficient and very courteous. I have no problem with giving Roto-Rooter an unqualified recommendation.
