We had a great experience with Family Air. We had another company swing by and give us an estimate on work to be done on our 20something year old unit. That other company wanted us to spend well above $110 for maintance. When FA came to give us a secons opinion they noticed most of the recommendations were just upsells. The service man recommended a few things to be done totaling no more than $300 and suggested to save our money to replace our unit when needed. I really appreciate honest service! Will definitly use again!
