Ken was nice and seemed to do a good job on the units. Only time will tell. However, he broke tiles when setting up his ladder. I had instructed him to go up a certain way, but he thought he could do it a different way. Se la vie. But the roofing company has yet to set up a date to make the repair and I still don't have receipts for payment several days after making payment.
