Everyone I intreracted with at Family Air was fantastic to work with. From Crystal in the office, Mike the parts person, and Greg the technician extraordinaire who diagnosed my mom’s furnace issue and repaired it in no time flat. Greg worked until late in the evening to make sure everything was working properly so my mom wouldn’t be without heat over the weekend (it’s February). It’s a pleasure to see a company who answers their phones and calls you back, as well as give you a half hour or hour notice when the technician will arrive (if you request it). They will bend over backwards to keep a satisfied customer, so we will use them in the future for our HVAC needs. Thank you Family Air and Jim!
