The process of contacting, getting proposals, and scheduling were easy and very professionally handled. They were able to the work at the time requested (even though there was not much lead time) and the install was completed in a very timely fashion. The installers did good work, but seemed very uncommunicative. They volunteered almost no information about what they were doing and seemed put off (from my point of view) when I watched them work and asked questions. For example they failed to inform me when they were starting the heat test and that odors and mild smoke might enter the living space and set off fire alarms. When the alarms went off they were outside and I had to go find them to inform them the alarms were sounding and ask if this was normal. Also, the installers would have installed a non-WiFi thermostat and skipped the duct board in the air intake cavity if I hadn't noticed and brought it to their attention. They were prompt and completed the work in a timely fashion and the quality of work was reasonably good. They protected floors, etc. during the work and cleaned up well before leaving the job site.
