I highly recommend Family Air. Our HVAC system died in May, just as the temperatures were hitting 100. Family Air came out the next day and gave us an estimate, while other companies still hadn't called me back to schedule an appointment. I did my research and requested a different manufacturer than the one they quoted. They quickly revised their quote, and also let me know that they could do the installation in the next three days. The other company (also highly rated) never called me back to answer questions about their quote, and their price for the same equipment was higher. Of course we went with Family Air. I was impressed by their good communication. They let me know when the technicians would arrive (and they arrived on time). They three installers were extremely professional -- clean, focused. No cell phone calls or music or banter. They stayed focused and concentrated on the job. Six hours later the new system was up and running. A few days later Family Air's TEP-certified inspector came out and did a thorough check on the new system and installation. He issued a us a TEP Home Efficiency certificated, which allowed us to qualify for a $500 TEP rebate. In fact, Family Air had accommodated us into their schedule so that we could qualify for this rebate on the last day it was offered. We experienced excellent communication, professional workmanship and great value from Family Air. We feel lucky we went with this company.
