Just had the entire HVAC system replaced, including duct sealing (thanks to owner Jim for suggesting testing those for leaks--because of a majorly bad original install by the builder, we had almost 40% leakage from the ducts). These guys don't just replace the old units, they look at the house as a system for what works best and what could be improved--and they know the TEP rebates inside out. AC unit outside kitchen window is so quiet we don't hear it (air handler is another story, but that's not their fault, bad house design), and we're looking forward to the first TEP bill to compare with the the evil old system and bad ductwork. Thanks for a good install, everyone from the techs to the office to the owner are professionals. Great to find a local family owned HVAC company!
