This is probably the 5th year we have been using Family Air, and we will never go anywhere else. They go out of their way for you. Anytime I have a question, they are right there. They are fantastic. I had one little problem with a thermostat that was not working and they came out the very next day. I was amazed how quickly they respond.

We had coolers at first, and we wanted to see if we could have an AC system put in. We realized that we could not, but Jim came out to see what they could do for us, and they got us a great new unit. He explained everything and he followed up with us personally, which is rare. They really are a family business, and I have recommended them to numerous people.
