After letting me know what the issue was. I told him I had Car Shield and asked if he thought Car Shield was pay for car repairs. I was told that a lot of companies and Dealership does not honor Car Shield. I asked why, and he started that it's hard for the companies to get their money and.having to stay on the phone with customer service for hours. This was something I did not need to hear because the cost of repairs was going to be expensive. I called car shield that same day. Got straight thru to customer service, they connected me with a provider. Called that provider and made an appointment for the next day. Car Shield's customer service were very professional and the provider they recommended was also very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Car Shield.
