So far everything was easy, my car wouldn't start and I was sent a tow truck and everything was pretty fast, the representative was very nice, she also called the mechanic shop to see if they had a tow service, when local service providers were backed up.

Two drawbacks.
1. Using new, or at least, low-mileage replacement parts will cut Car Shield expenses in half in the long run and save the customer a lot of redundant hassel.
