Repair claims request

Took my truck to one of Carshield's repair shop expecting the alternator to be replaced. As it turned out, it didnt need to be replaced. When speaking with the service manager about processing a claim with Carshield if repair was necessary, they said they would do it, but stated they don't like dealing with Carshield because their process is very difficult. That was discouraging to hear.
