About my claim

I have been paying for this warranty for a while now and the first time I file a claim and it was denied the contract says it covers metal line for AC in my car and because the metal line has rubber around the outside of it! it's saying not covered so no matter what you do there going to find a loophole to deny the claim it's a complete waste of money
