Both myself and my sister are members, When my sister's transmission went bad on her car , carshield did exactly as they said they would, it was a painless situation with carshied . After we decided who to take her car to and we had carshield tow it to the mechanic they took over and all we did was pick my sisters car up when it was completed and she was back on the road.
