I have been grossly mishandled by this company. I would not recommend anyone geetingvcovverage with them. My claim was started April 8, 2024 and its May 1, 2024 and they still are dragging their feet with making a decision.

I've called and talked to customer service so many times. They kept providing a turn around time that the adjuster did not abide by. The claim ended up being escalated ans still there is no movement.

I've been a member for 3 years pay my monthly installment every month in fact it's on auto pay. And my car needs engine work so they are trying to avoid paying for it.

They asked for a cause of failure. Even sent their own professional inspector to the repai facility to see the engine. He gave a report and they still reaching out to the auto repair facility to ask the cause of failure. As if the inspector word isn't good enough. If that was the case why did they even send the inspector out.

At this point I'm going to contact the BBB and a lawyer. I feel like the are lying about covering your vehicle they just want to collect people money every month in a hopes that you never need repairs.

I'm really at a lost for words because I have their platinum plan and I've had it since 2021. They are treating me like I picked up coverage last month and that I had a preexisting issue. I feel like they need to refund me my money.

If you're looking for a warranty company this is not the company to go with.
