If you could put -10 for review I would. It is a total SCAM. They LIE. The commercials are absolutely false advertisement. They DO NOT cover all expenses. You can NOT take it anywhere and the cover all. We took our vehicle in (we had GOLD coverage) they diagnosed it, they called car shield, and they were treated rudely and hung up on. Then we were told that Car Shoeld on covered 1 of the diagnosis. Then we were told that they were only going to cover a portion of the cost because where we took our vehicle does not except outside parts and that was the only way they would cover it. So now after telling me they don’t cover everything they are basically saying where you take it does matter because they do NOT cover in full and you can NOT take it anywhere to have it repaired. PLEASe do NOT buy this insurance. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!
