My comments are in regards to a claim in its infancy because it just occurred. That being said, when there was policy concerning claim I at first did not understand and then was made to know the reasons for their policy and I totally understand and appreciate their policy method and the customer satisfaction purpose for it. Auto shield/Car Shield is a company I recommend to all thinking about extended warranty concerns and the peace of mind that comes from having the insurance they offer. I give them 5 stars but would make it 10 if that were possible. Thank you Car Shield for being there when I needed you.
