So far everything was easy, my car wouldn't start and I was sent a tow truck and everything was pretty fast, the representative was very nice, she also called the mechanic shop to see if they had a tow service, when local service providers were backed up.

No issues with transmission replacement approval. Just wish car rental was longer than 14 days, as car is not ready for pick-up. Shipped part was damaged upon receipt.
