Everything was great until we were shuffled to their recommended company for water removal/remediation). They were so outrageously expensive that we were forced to look elsewhere. When we said "no thanks" they suddenly referred to a different remediation company which was less than half the cost of the first one. By the time we got that estimate we had found a different plumbing company with a very reasonable price and they finished the entire job (water removal and drain pipe repairs) in less than 24 hours. If BF had referred us to the 2nd remediation company first we probably would have had them do the work. So guess they did us a favor by driving us away.
