Excellent customer experience. For those not know what that means --- means end to end from front office to post service delivery. Only disappointment is they don't have square or other service for swiping a card. Having to type my card number is a security concern, and inconvenience for both tech and myself; terribly disappointed by this; thus why I gave 4 stars on total experience.
