I answered an ad for a used spa and before I could purchase it was already sold. After speaking to the seller they gave us Caldera Spas where they had purchased the one they were selling. We went to the store and they answered all of our questions and we purchased a new tub that day. They got it out quickly with it arriving the next day. Kevin showed us everything we needed to know about how to use it and assured us at any time if we had any questions to call. The electrician was good and also did a very good job. We did have one problem with water cloudiness and they gave us some recommendations on how to clear that up, which isn't an issue with the tub but the water itself. They let us know if the recommendations for the cloudy water did not work that they would test a sample for us to get a fix. They are very responsive, very nice and just very good people to deal with. Everyone did a nice job!
