I had an account at the bank for more than 20 years in good standing. I wanted to make some minor changes to my account so i went in to the bank. I was reqired to stand in line for half an hour to get to a teller to tell them what I wanted. I needed an appointment so I was put into another line to wait to make an appointment that was booked for a month later. They then sent me a list a page long of all the documents I was to bring to the appointment!
