I would never recommend this rv campground! They are over priced, severely over priced. Almost 1000 a month and that gets you a small spot where you are cramped in between other rv's with absolutely no yard. You have to park away from you site in order to have any space to function outside of your rv. We don't have kids so any and all park accommodations are obsolete. They have a pool, small and it is already closed for the season 😔 but when we called to reserve a spot they lied and said it was open. They claim to have a laundry facility on site. That is false. They have 1 washer and 1 dryer, residential models, and the washer smells like mold. Very unclean. And the dryer is out of service. Has been for awhile according to guests that have been there longer than us. We have 4 large breed dogs and there is no dog park, no where to walk them unless you load the dogs up and take them down the way and then you have only a spot about the size of two standard parking spots to let the dogs run. They have NO WIFI, NONE. And AT&T cell service is zero! Then, while we were there, they decided to schedule a water maintenance thing, cut off ALL WATER, AND INFORMED NONE OF THE PAYING GUESTS! It is a joke and quite obviously a means of the park making maximum profit while providing you with NO ADMINITIES!! We have traveled all over the eastern part of the US for work, so we have stayed at several different rv parks, so it's not a lack of comparison that makes the negative review on this campground. It's quite literally the fact they are not up to par. They have a maintenance guy, Shaun or Shane, im horrible with names, lol, and he is the sweetest and most handy of any staff on site. Maybe if we were traveling with kids, this would be decent for keeping kids entertained, but otherwise, we feel like we were ripped off. The road to get here is not easy to travel with a large 5th wheel. You better be a seasoned transporter and take your time or you will regret it. It seems any Ole land owner can make a killing off others if they just offer bs and have no competition standing in their way. Hopefully this will change but we just left from an extended stay and won't be back EVER
