I know people who actually lived here year round before covid. It was pretty neat place. All holidays were celebrated like a festival with live bands and carnival like attractions in the field west of the trailer camp ground. Lots of kids were out playing and riding golf carts. The pool was nice and clean. At the top of the hill to the east of the campers there is a very old cemetery with headstones from the late 1700-1800s that I hope is now being cared for. I have read tons of bad reviews here and they're all from post covid times. Maybe they can recover. I do know a lot of "squatters" were living in the tent camping areas which should not be allowed. Im sure they do not do background checks on people who stay here long term or short term. Times change though. That is Too bad. It was a nice place.
