Sketchy business ethics at best,
Called for a possible monthly, was told they weren't sure they had a spot but if one came up, I'd get. I gave a card number to hold a site (I know stupid move) and as soon as I hung up the owner rang up a 970.00 deposit fee. (Never signed anything, never verbally agreed to a deposit fee) We went 4 days later to check out the place, they are loud, packed in, muddy, dirty - not all sites have full hook up. Their version of full hook-up is a truck coming by and emptying your tank (no thanks) Our stay wasn't for another week so we asked to cancel our stay - the desk clerk said she couldn't, I asked for the owner then, no response, even after calling every day. I finally called the local sheriff for fraud charges who let me know they often are required to go out to that campground and yes, it probably wasn't a place I would want my family to stay at. Buyer, beware.
