Terrible experience ...from paying for and booking full hook up site's months in advance for family group of 4 campers. We not only didn't get put on full hook, only electric and water, but were also put in a mud swamp with no gravel or pad or anything. Since they charged for full services hook up, they Then promised to get a pump truck to come to our site's to pump our campers. They promised to have pump truck there at 9 to service our septic, and they never showed up. The office made excuses and more empty promises saying truck will be here in 10 min. Truck will be here in 30 min. Then truck isn't coming because its raining. One lie, excuse, and empty promise after another. Then at 11 am, at check out time, per their website, we all begin to head over to line up dump station to empty our own septics. Just as my husband begins to pull out, last out of all our group of campers, a tractor pulls in with a tank to dump us. We will not be back to this facility and will let other know about our negative experiences as well.
